Voluntary language courses

Languages as electives

The Business School supports its students in learning new languages or improving their existing language skills. In addition to obligatory language courses in every regular degree programme, as well as electives, seminars and, in the case of the International Business (B.A.) and Business Management (M.A.) degree programmes, selected compulsory subjects in a foreign language, students also have the opportunity to take part in voluntary language courses.

The current range of such language courses can be found in the elective course schedule. All enrolled students at Trier University of Applied Sciences are eligible to participate. If you are interested in one of the courses, please register on Stud.IP

Successfully completed voluntary courses can be shown on degree certificates upon application. Details on how to apply at the end of your studies can be found here.

Erasmus+ OLS

The European Union offers you another attractive opportunity to improve your foreign language skills with its online platform ERASMUS+ OLS. Here you can take a variety of language tests and courses free of charge for numerous European languages from level A1 to level C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
