In the eduVPN client, set the preference to use TCP.
This can avoid problems that arise when the current WLAN discards or limits UDP packets.
If this does not help, please contact the WLAN operator.
When attempting to update the eduVPN client under Windows, a message may appear stating that the Trojan:Script/ObfusScript.A!ml threat has been detected.
This is a false positive. In fact, neither a virus nor a threat is present.
Remedy:
Log on to https://eduvpn.hochschule-trier.de via a web browser, download the latest Windows client and install it manually.
