Online-Filmabend "The True Cost" zum Thema nachhaltige Mode

Der Film handelt von der Kleidung, die wir tragen, den Menschen, die sie herstellt und von den Auswirkungen, die Modeindustrie auf unsere Welt hat. Kleidung wird immer billiger – auf Kosten von Mensch und Umwelt. Der Film will uns anregen, darüber nachzudenken, wer wirklich den Preis für unsere Kleidung zahlt.
Hinweis: Die im Film getroffenen Aussagen spiegeln weder die Position der Hochschule, noch des Green Office oder der Fairtrade-Steuerungsgruppe wider.

from 19 April to 25 April, the international campaign Fashion Revolution for better working conditions in the textile industry will take place.

We would also like to make a small contribution to this! On Friday, 23 April at 6 pm, we are organizing an online film evening followed by a discussion. The film "The True Cost" will be shown in English.

The film is about the clothes we wear, the people who make them and the impact the fashion industry has on our world. Clothes are becoming cheaper and cheaper - at the expense of people and the environment. The film wants to encourage us to think about who really pays the price for our clothes.
