Your nomination is already accepted and we are happy to welcome you soon!

Please read the following information carefully! - But feel free to contact us if there are questions left.

So you are nominated by your home university to study as a guest student at Trier University of Applied Sciences / MAIN CAMPUS TRIER.

Begin of lecture period should be 05 October 2026 and the end 30 January 2027. We are offering an “Orientation Week” one week prior to the semester start, which would be starting on the 28 September 2026. You should not miss this week!

There can be exams till the end of February 2027. The exact dates will be published at the beginning of the lecture period.

> APPLICATION

 To make sure we can process your application as soon as possible, we would like to ask you to provide the following documents to us via a seafile folder for document exchange. Please do ONLY send documents via this folder and not in mail!

Please UPLOAD the following documents filled in with your data as PDF-files till

Until the XXX

 (1) the completed “Application for Enrollment for Exchange Students” which is available in your folder.
 
(2) copy of your onlinelearning agreement

(3)copy of identity card or passport

(4)biometric photo for your Student-ID-card (pdf- or jpg-file is possible)

 NO WORRIES if you don’t feel sure about details to be filled in. After the deadline we will check the documents. If there is something missing or to correct, we will give you a hint what you have to do.

 Afterwards we will check your documents and we will stay in contact concerning

- the semester fee: every student must pay per semester approx. 400 EUR - semester ticket and discounts are included (DO NOT PAY NOW!!! The exact amount and the bank details will follow later.)

According to the designated nationality in the nomination you have to clarify with your home university all details concerning an exchange semester in Germany.

Be aware that it is your responsibility to clarify your status concerning your student’s visa!

At the time I get your application documents and we checked them, we can give you an invitation letter or something similar you need for your home university.
