The aim of the project is the elaboration and development of applied biomechanical test procedures for isokinetic strenght performance diagnostics.

For this purpose, based on a systematic literature search, evidence-based standard protocols for the performance and evaluation of isokinetic strength tests are to be defined, which contain specific information on the performance of the test (form of movement, form of contraction, extent of movement, angular velocity, number of repetitions, pause times) as well as on test evaluation and data interpretation for therapists in clinical practice. The exemplary development of a use case should form the basis for this. Information for different populations (e.g. patients, athletes, children) should be developed for this.

In addition, a concept for further development and qualification in dynamometry (isokinetics) shall be developed.
