Fees, Conditions and Registration

Workshop Fees

Participation fees vary depending on the number of workshops you choose and your status: student or professional:
One workshop costs €700 (students: €500).
Two workshops cost €1,200 (students: €850).

Fees cover:

  • Qualified instruction and supervision
  • Studio space and equipment during class hours (09:00–12:30 & 13:30–17:00)
  • Access to official ISA events

Fees do not cover:

  • Materials not listed in the course description
  • Excursions, travel, or accommodation
  • Daily lunch (approx. €12/day)
  • Personal health, travel, or liability insurance

Registration

To register, you need to complete and submit a registration form. Within 3 weeks you will receive an invoice on the courses you've registered for. Registration becomes binding only after full payment or if alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon (please contact us). Payment is normally due within three weeks of the invoice date. Late payments may result in cancellation unless prior arrangements are made.

Submitting a registration form does not automatically guarantee participation:

  • The ISA reserves the right to reject registrations at its discretion of which you will be notified.
  • Participants who have already attended the course twice at previous venues will be placed on a waiting list for a third registration, so ISA can give more people the opportunity to take part in its courses.

Payment

Payment is due within 3 weeks of the invoice date, unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance.

  • If payment is not received within this period, the registration may be cancelled.

Cancellations & Refunds

if you need to cancel, fees depend on timing:

  • After invoice: €50 administrative fee
  • 8–4 weeks before start: 25% of workshop fee
  • Within 4 weeks: 50% of workshop fee
  • After the workshop begins: no refund

In cases of serious illness, accident, or family emergency, contact ISA with supporting documentation to discuss possible refunds.

If the ISA cancels a workshop due to low enrollment or force majeure, participants receive a full refund

Health, Safety and Security

Some activities may involve allergens or hazardous materials, machines and/or tools.
At the start of each course, participants will be made familiar with the specific health precautions and safety instructions.

  • Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and insurance.
  • ISA is not liable for accidents, theft or any kind of damage which take place during the course.
  • Participants are advised to provide personal health, travel and liability insurance.

Entrance to the International Summer Academy premises is restricted to participants, teachers and members of ISA staff. Exceptions to having visitors are during the open-house presentations.
