Typhaine Le Monnier graduated from Trier University of Applied Sciences at the Idar-Oberstein campus in 2015 with a remarkable jewellery collection. Since then, she has continued to develop her work from her studio in Lisbon and has exhibited her pieces worldwide. Today, she is presenting the results of a three-month residency at the Jakob Bengel Foundation: "Playtime". The term sums up the artist's approach to jewellery design, which strikes a balance between innovative thinking and playful experimentation and challenges conventional notions of wearability and adornment in jewellery design.
