Adobe Creative Cloud

To use the current version of Adobe CC, the following personal data must be transmitted to Adobe:

• First name
• Last name
• E-mail address
• NameID (unique combination of identifier and a number)

The transfer is always encrypted, as is the subsequent activation of the licence via Shibboleth.

When using this option, please ensure that you do not store any personal data in Adobe Cloud storage via the Adobe applications. The data centres recommend that you do not use Adobe Cloud Storage at all and instead use the data centres' central data storage and/or the university cloud service Seafile.
