International jewellery artists will come together with the time-honoured goldsmithing and gem-cutting traditions of the Czech region to create new pieces of jewellery and objects, which will be added to the museum’s collection.
An exhibition will run from 6 October to 29 November 2026 to accompany the symposium. The programme also includes public presentations by the participating artists, as well as insights into their work in the jewellery workshop.
Participants include Natascha Frechen (BFA 2019 and MFA 2023), Felix Lindner, Harold O’Connor, Lucia Carnogurská, Deimante Kiesute (Exchange student 2025) and Toni Mayner. Filip Krnáč is taking part in the symposium as a Young Talent. The symposium was curated by Mgr. Lenka Laurynová.
