The Learning Agreement specifies which courses you will take abroad and how they will be recognized. It must be coordinated with your department and signed by you, your home university, and the host university.

Many students complete a language test for placement purposes before departure. Clarify in good time what requirements the partner university of your choice has.
After your return, you must complete an online report; it serves for program evaluation. Failure to submit it may result in a reclaiming of the funding. The link to the report will be sent by email.
Note: Complete it in good time so that the final installment can be paid (deadline usually around 10 days after return)
