We are delighted to announce the nominations of its graduates for the 34th International Jewellery Competition EVERY BODY, one of the most important international competitions for contemporary jewellery.
Nominated are:
Lena Bonsack (Germany), Natascha Frechen (Germany), Elena Gorbunova (Russia), Erik Lijzenga (Netherlands), Stephie Morawetz (Austria), Gina Nadine Müller (Germany), Grit-Ute Zille (Germany).
This year's competition is entitled EVERY BODY and focuses on the relationship between jewellery and the body. The focus is on the body as a starting point for artistic, material and social debates. Jewellery is not only understood as a wearable object, but also as a medium that makes physical identity visible, reflects social issues and negotiates cultural meanings.
The international jury, consisting of Paul Derrez (Netherlands), Prof. Sławomir Fijałkowski (Poland), Sergiusz Kuchczyński (Poland), Andreia Gabriela Popescu (Romania) and Helena Renner (Germany), made its selection from numerous international submissions.
The exhibition opening and announcement of the winners will take place on 8 and 9 May 2026 as part of the Legnica Jewellery Festival SILVER.
The multiple nominations underscore the international visibility and quality of the artistic education at the Campus Edelstein und Schmuck. We warmly congratulate our graduates on this significant achievement and wish them every success in the competition!
