A group exhibition at the Manüfaktur in Koblenz brings together five contemporary jewellery artists who graduated from the Gemstone and Jewellery Campus in Idar-Oberstein:Sharareh Aghaei, Arianaz Dehghan, Natascha Frechen, Elena Gorbunova and Gina Nadine Müller showcase different artistic approaches to the medium of jewellery.
The exhibition showcases the diversity of contemporary jewellery art and invites visitors to view jewellery not merely as a wearable or decorative object, but as a form of artistic expression in its own right. The works by the five artists offer different perspectives on material, form and the role of the body. The exhibition is curated by Arianaz Dehghan and takes place at the Manüfaktur premises at Casinostraße 35 in Koblenz.
On Saturday 5 September at 7 pm, there will be a brief introduction and a discussion about the exhibition and the participating artists. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about the works on display and the individual artistic approaches. The exhibition is taking place at the same time as the Koblenz Museum Night, but is not an official part of the programme. As it takes place around the same time as the Koblenz Museum Night, the exhibition opens up to a wide audience and becomes part of the cultural events in Koblenz that evening.
